Training the Body of Christ to Heal the Sick

This course is designed to train and equip healing teams for the local church. It can also be a good source of “continuing education” for those already involved with healing. The conference is best offered over the course of four days and we recommend a Thursday – Sunday afternoon format similar to a “Cursillo” weekend. Physical Healing, Inner Healing, Spiritual Healing, the Word of Knowledge, Faith for Healing, and many other topics will be covered in this Conference.

The training is geared to a number of “practicums” where the participants actually follow the teaching with ministry time under the supervision and guidance of the teaching faculty. By the end of the conference, your people will have received a great deal of information with practical applications.

There is also information on the care and feeding of your healing teams, accountability, looking at the role of faith for healing, the difficulty of when people are not healed, confidentiality and other related subjects.

We believe healing is a central component of the ministry of Jesus Christ and should be normative in the life of the local church. Jesus healed to demonstrate the love of God for broken humanity and to demonstrate his kingdom. We need to do the same today.

Although this conference requires a significant investment of time and resources, the benefits will be well worth the effort extended.
