| This training and equipping initiative was
launched in the Diocese of Springfield, IL in May of 2006. It is designed
to help plateaued or declining congregations
address the challenge of numerical, spiritual
and financial growth. We currently have
thirteen congregations participating. They
have completed Phase I (training) and are
now in Phase II (application). All the information about this initiative (what is taught, core values, follow up, who is participating, initial feedback and results) is available on this web site. We believe this has to potential of helping hundreds of congregations through practical “skill based” training, prayer, coaching and support. We believe “these bones” can live as God breathes His Holy Spirit on us! (Ezekiel 37:3) |
