Securing a Date
ACTS 29 Ministries books all conferences on a first serve basis. A conference is booked when we receive a deposit and a signed “Conference Agreement” (see below). The date is then reserved for your conference.

Six Months In Advance
ACTS 29 usually books events between six and ten months in advance. We recommend you book your conference at least six months prior to the event. This allows you the needed time to promote the event, maximize your attendance, and receive the greatest benefit from the conference.

Four Steps to Booking a Conference

1. Determine the conference you want to hold
2. Contact the Conference Coordinator to discuss available dates
3. Initiate a Conference Agreement
4. Sign and return the agreement with deposit

Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel a conference, contact our offices immediately. The date you have booked is very had to fill on short notice and the loss of your conference really hurts our ministry. A cancellation fee will be assessed if the conference is cancelled 90 days prior to the event. The cancellation fee will be determined at the time the Conference Agreement is initiated.

If the cancellation is prior to 90 days you have, the option of rescheduling the conference. If you elect not to reschedule you will forfeit your deposit.
