ACTS 29 Ministries is a “faith-based” ministry, and our conferences are the primary source of our income. The fees below were established by the
Board of ACTS 29 and go to support the ministry.

Honorarium
A modest honorarium will be set for ACTS 29 Ministries based on the Average Sunday Attendance (ASA) of your congregation:

ASA 50 – 100 $500
ASA 100 ­–150 $700
ASA 150 – 200 $900
ASA 200 or more $1,200

Registration Fees
Each participant will pay a registration fee of $25.00 to cover the cost of the workbook and materials for the conference. Scholarships or vestry funding can subsidize the fee. All registration fees will go to support the ministry of ACTS 29.

Minimum Attendance Requirement
A goal of 40% of your ASA will be the Minimum Attendance Required for your conference. For example, if your ASA is 100, the minimum attendance requirement will be 40 people. This means your minimum obligation to ACTS 29 will be 40 paid registrations.

Travel, Meals, Lodging, Transportation
The host church will cover the cost for these expenses and reimburse the ministry. A Conference Agreement will detail each expense.

Shipping
All conference materials are shipped via UPS. The host church is responsible for all shipping expenses.

Preaching Sunday
Often we are invited to stay over Saturday night and preach on Sunday Morning. We ask an honorarium be given to the ministry.
